IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You must review and verify all AI-generated content before use
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and marketing materials
• AI-enhanced photos are for marketing purposes and may not reflect actual property conditions
• You must comply with all applicable fair housing and advertising laws

Subscription terms:

• All subscriptions are billed in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Create discriminatory or misleading content
• Violate fair housing laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Spam or harass other users
• Violate intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of your property data and uploaded content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your data to provide AI-powered services
• Store and display your content within the platform
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services

We own all rights to the platform, software, and AI-generated outputs.

As a real estate professional, you acknowledge that:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
